Immerse yourself in color! Play with paint and explore your authenticity in a safe, supportive environment free from judgment or criticism. This day-long workshop will combine process painting, writing, and group sharing, giving you the opportunity to nurture your creative spirit in a day of fun and renewal.

No painting experience is necessary or expected.
Please bring a sack lunch. You may also wish to bring a favorite journal.
